Dear good food lovers !
Oriental nights have become a real hit with us. However, because we want to connect them even more with what we really do best, we upgraded them to the true culinary experience we named SLOW FOOD CABARET!
You will be able to savor the exceptional menu under the hands of our chef Hicchem Haddaji from Tunis. There are 6 courses of Arabic specialties waiting for you to take your taste buds to another dimension

Bulgur kubba – coarse wheat pattie stuffed with meat and pine nuts
Batata kubba – sweet potato pattie stuffed with roasted onion marinated with sumac,
Fermented vegetables and tahini with lemon

Rice cake with eggplant, nuts and fragrant spices
Fatus – green salad with pomegranate

Top menu requires an accompaniment of top wines.
This will be provided by the House of vines Koželj.

The cultural part of the evening will be provided by Oriental dancer Alja Shaar, musician Mahmoud Alkhatib and Haifa folk group. As usual, anyone else can come by and cheer us on with their talent. On the last oriental evening, the guest was the excellent drummer Robert Kovacic.
The price for the menu with programe is € 56 / person.
The price for vine menu is 18€/person
